The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Clause 17 of the Law "On Pharmaceutical Products" (regarding Import Regulations for Pharmaceutical Products)

The Law amends the effective legislation, stating that unregistered pharmaceutical products are allowed to be imported to the customs territory of Ukraine for the medical maintenance of foreign subdivisions (without the right for sale) that are permitted to stay in the territory of Ukraine for the participation in the international military trainings and during their transit through the territory of Ukraine.

The draft is registered under Reg. No. 7510.
